  • The TV can take a few seconds to wake after you connect.
  • The ceiling microphone covers the whole room. Speak normally.

Something not working?

The TV is off or completely dark
  1. Press the power button on the bottom of the TV.
  2. Give it a few seconds to wake up.
The TV is on but doesn't show your laptop
  1. Check that TV McTVFace is listed in System Settings › Displays (Mac) or Settings › System › Display (Windows).
  2. If it isn't listed, unplug the USB-C cable from your laptop and plug it back in.
  3. Try a different USB-C port on your laptop.
  4. Open System Information › USB (Mac) or Device Manager › Universal Serial Bus devices (Windows). If a Billboard device is listed, that port didn't switch to video. Try another port or another laptop.
No audio in the meeting
  1. In Zoom › Settings › Audio, set both Speaker and Microphone to Shure IntelliMix P300 Audio Conferencing Processor.
  2. If it isn't listed, unplug the cable from your laptop and plug it back in.
Remote participants hear an echo
  1. Make sure Speaker is set to the Shure, not your laptop's speakers. Echo cancellation only works on audio played through the Shure.
  2. Don't use your laptop's built-in microphone.
Camera missing or black
  1. In Zoom › Settings › Video, select Huddly IQ.
  2. If it isn't listed, unplug the cable from your laptop and plug it back in.
  3. If the picture is black, check System Settings › Privacy & Security › Camera (Mac) or Settings › Privacy & security › Camera (Windows) and make sure your meeting app is allowed.
