Good to know
- The TV can take a few seconds to wake after you connect.
- Your laptop's volume keys won't change the volume. Use the TV remote.
Something not working?
The TV is off or completely dark
- Press the power button under the bottom edge, next to the power light.
- Give it a few seconds to wake up.
The TV says No Signal
- Tap the power button under the bottom edge, next to the power light to step through inputs until the TV shows HDMI 1. Tap it, don't hold it, or the TV turns off.
The TV is on but doesn't show your laptop
- Check that CA Office TV is listed in System Settings › Displays (Mac) or Settings › System › Display (Windows).
- If it isn't listed, unplug the USB-C cable from your laptop and plug it back in.
- Try a different USB-C port on your laptop.
- Open System Information › USB (Mac) or Device Manager › Universal Serial Bus devices (Windows). If a Billboard device is listed, that port didn't switch to video. Try another port or another laptop.
No sound from the TV
- In Zoom › Settings › Audio, set Speaker to CA Office TV.
- Turn the volume up with the TV remote.
Camera missing or black
- In Zoom › Settings › Video, select Huddly IQ.
- If it isn't listed, unplug the cable from your laptop and plug it back in.
- If the picture is black, check System Settings › Privacy & Security › Camera (Mac) or Settings › Privacy & security › Camera (Windows) and make sure your meeting app is allowed.
