Install DisplayLink on your laptop first

Without it, your laptop can't use this room. The TV just shows color bars.

On your laptop, go to

displaylink.com/downloads

Already on your laptop? Download for Mac or Windows

On a Mac, open DisplayLink Manager after installing and allow Screen Recording when it asks.

Good to know

  • The ceiling microphone covers most of the corner used for team syncs. This space is impossible to mic, but we're beamforming as hard as we can. Use a normal speaking voice and good luck!

Something not working?

The TV shows color bars
  1. Color bars mean DisplayLink isn't installed or isn't running. Install it from the top of this page.
  2. On a Mac, DisplayLink Manager has to be running, and allowed in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Screen Recording.
  3. Unplug the purple cable and plug it back in.
  4. Try the other end of the cable, or another port on your laptop.
Can't hear anything

In a meeting: speaker and microphone should both be the Shure, and BEAST MODE should be off.

Watching a movie: speaker should be Logi Swytch Audio (laptop) or SyncMaster (room PC), and BEAST MODE should be on.

Remote participants hear an echo
  1. Make sure Speaker is set to the Shure, not your laptop's speakers. Echo cancellation only works on audio played through the Shure.
  2. Don't use your laptop's built-in microphone.
Camera missing or black
  1. In Zoom › Settings › Video or Slack › Settings › Audio & video, select Logi Rally Camera.
  2. If it isn't listed, unplug the cable from your laptop and plug it back in.
  3. If the picture is black, check System Settings › Privacy & Security › Camera (Mac) or Settings › Privacy & security › Camera (Windows) and make sure your meeting app is allowed.
The TV says No Signal
  1. Switch the TV to HDMI 1 with the Input or Source button.
